Dewgong Character

I watch PKMNSkies and felt like trying to break an art block by designing a character just for fun (actually I've designed a few in the past, but I was never very happy with them). She doesn't even have a name, which is unusual for me, but I just wanted to try to draw something.
Her mother is a rather controlling Slowking, and her father a Dewgong, so she inherited the egg move Disable from her mother (I know that none of that is how it works in the games), which happens only when she's at her most stressed out (she can't figure out how to use it on purpose). It can freeze someone for about a minute, and there's no lasting effect from it.
She's quite a conflicted character, having being turned into pretty much what her mother wants her to be, before adventuring out trying to find herself and some carefree child version that still exists somewhere within her.
She has the ability 'thick fat' so she can't really feel the heat or the cold, and added to that she has no idea of fashion, so she never knows how to dress and what's suitable to the weather, that makes her quite self-conscious. (Though I actually quite like her clothes, I probably should have made them more clashing!)
